Abount degassing coffee bags
Roasted coffee beans emit a lot of carbon dioxide. If you put it in a very common sealable bag and seal it, the bag will be filled with carbon dioxide, which will accelerate the deterioration of the coffee beans and cause the bag to burst. The bags made for coffee release gas, so it prevents breaking and can pack freshly brewed beans quickly.
